posters

By using block shapes and cuts, these poster designs both obscure and reveal the photos benath at the same time using a minimal pattern that isn't distracting. Allowing the viewer to get a sneak peek of what will be at the exhibition without fully revealing the photographs. The colours chosen for the top layer are influenced by the colours in the photographs. The cuts are also placed for impact allowing features such as the center of the flower and the eyes of the dog to be seen through the cut.

The centralised logo also further reveals the image but is also a letter Z (my initial). I feel that Z is quite a strong character and that is why I have chosen to use it as my logo.
